Video Blog: Doo Doo Funk

It was April 12th 2012 when I was taking in the beautiful pleasures of Portland before rehearsal…Alberta street… Morrison… just killing a little time before meeting with the Doo Doo Funk crew on Broadway & 33rd area… Sun was out finally. As Ice Cube would say, “It was a Good Day”. Got to rehearsal to soak in some of the residual Funk with Tony Ozier, Brutha Numbsy, Dookie Milk, and the crew before our April 14th Show at CROWN ROOM Downtown. Had a full schedule also with this DJ gig later on that night at SomeDay Lounge for the Mixer party, not to mention the interview for the Paris show at 360 Vinyl… Didn’t know you could cram so much in a small moment, but… Here it is. Enjoy!

The beautiful, Megan Fox stopped by #SwayInTheMorning and surprised the whole studio when she said she’s a fan of Slimkid3 from The Pharcyde and Fu-Schnickens. Yes, she’s a fan of current music like Drake and Andre 3k – but prefers OG hip hop because of her husband’s (Brian Austin Green) taste.
